I like the price. Seemed to heal my teeth.

I don't have any labs to confirm what's really going on but taking two of these before bed seems to actually make a difference for the next day. My drive for everything is just a little bit higher (going the extra mile at work, getting my workout in, husbandly duties, etc.). I was impressed. I haven't had any issues so far. It is a modest effect, but sometimes that's all you need

I have low vitamin D and I was advised by a natrupath to use boron (since I can't take Vitamin D supplements to to poor reaction). Apparently, Boron has a mechanism that keeps the Vitamin D in the body longer. Anyways, as a pleasant side effect, I noticed it helps me sleep better. I partiularly like this brand because it only has rice flour as inactive ingridient and no other fillers which makes it easy to digest for me. I have a real sensetive digestion. I open the capsule and pour it on my dinner meal. That way I don't even digest the capsule shell and that works for me.
