PrimaForce Boron Capsules

I like the price. Seemed to heal my teeth.

I don't have any labs to confirm what's really going on but taking two of these before bed seems to actually make a difference for the next day. My drive for everything is just a little bit higher (going the extra mile at work, getting my workout in, husbandly duties, etc.). I was impressed. I haven't had any issues so far. It is a modest effect, but sometimes that's all you need

I have low vitamin D and I was advised by a natrupath to use boron (since I can't take Vitamin D supplements to to poor reaction). Apparently, Boron has a mechanism that keeps the Vitamin D in the body longer. Anyways, as a pleasant side effect, I noticed it helps me sleep better. I partiularly like this brand because it only has rice flour as inactive ingridient and no other fillers which makes it easy to digest for me. I have a real sensetive digestion. I open the capsule and pour it on my dinner meal. That way I don't even digest the capsule shell and that works for me.

Boron can be used to aid in sleeping, concentration, muscle growth, and bone density. I used it mainly as a sleep aid and as part of a blend of my own nootropics. The main thing you need to understand about boron is that it does not get assimilated into the body easily. For example, if you want to use it for getting a better night sleep, then be sure to take it about 2 hours or more before sleeping. Because it takes a while to be absorbed, when using it for cognitive enhancement, I would take boron several hours earlier and may take multiple small doses throughout the day. Then whenever I want mental focus, I would engage in that mental activity (reading, writing, solving, etc.) for 10-15 minutes, and then take the rest of my nootropics at that time. Boron acts as a base and is already in my system by then.This PrimaForce boron supplement comes in 5 mg capsules (medium size). The common effective range for boron is 10-20 mg as reported by others. So 5 mg is small enough to try out in the beginning to check whether it has an effect on you. Then you could also up the dosage by taking more caps throughout the day. My recommendation for boron is that it is better to spread out intake of the boron during the day vs taking a high dose all at once.Getting supplements from unknown firms outside the US can be kind of sketchy as one do not know the qualities of their source materials or even if they are telling the truth of what they put in their bottles. Therefore, I prefer to get my supplements from USA companies. And this PrimaForce supplement comes from a company located in Utah.Just because it comes from the States does not mean it is high quality. However, the FDA regulates the supplement companies here and that has some impact. Having some form of oversight in this industry if they are located in the US is a positive. Additionally, this the ability for consumers to not only complain but to sue the manufacturers provides extra pressure to help maintain quality control.
