I have to start by saying that I remain unsold on the whole idea of herbal/natural test boosters. I like to take them, and I actually think some of them do something, but I am unsure, really, about any of it. I like this one because it is a little different from others I've seen. The main ingredient here is 500 mg. of D-Aspartic Acid. There are also modest amounts of Vitamin B6, magnesium, and zinc. I do feel like I get enough of those from diet and other supplements, but if you're deficient and not taking a multi, it will be good to have those in there. There are a bunch of other test-support ingredients, including 300 mg. of tribulus terrestris. I like the formula because I feel like it is comprehensive in some ways while still leaving room to stack other supplements with it. I am taking a fadogia agrestis/tongkat ali supplement along with this one. As for the Primaforce Testosterone Complex, I haven't experienced any side effects. It's a good value for a one-month supply, in my opinion, because you're getting basic ingredients to cover your bases. Primaforce quality is always spot on in my experience. They third-party test everything. These capsules smell fresh, slightly herbal/earthy, with no unpleasant tastes when swallowing the three-capsule serving.
As with nearly all supplements a guy can try out, it is always difficult whether you notice any difference in your body or not. This supplement is no exceptions. The ingredients list looks great on the label, but I can't really say if I notice a change if my day-to-day life from them. I haven't noticed any disadvantages or advantages really.
I ordered the Primaforce Testosterone Complex 90 Capsules, 500mg D-Aspartic Acid Per Serving, 30 Servings under the "well, it can't hurt" theory. Supplements are tricky to review because they need to supplement other good habits in nutrition, hydration, exercise and sleep. But the ingredients were ones I wanted to work into my routine. The capsules are average, smaller than my fish oil. I notice no bad taste or after taste. I am two weeks in and notice no side effects and only positive effects related to energy. I dislike a dose being three capsules. I would prefer a stronger concentration or a larger capsule but that is just my preference.
Effective at helping with my son's on and off the ice training. It is not going to give you super human strength but allow you to build a better training regime. He has been able to pace himself better between shifts and is balancing with a strong diet and exercise program to better condition for long games. The ingredients seem to be pretty top notch as he has used other brands. The value for money is going to be your call more than ours.
Great product. Highly recommend
