I ordered this in September 2023 and the bottle came double-safety-sealed with an expiration date of May 2026. The capsules are large but easily swallowed with water. They have that distinctive maple syrup smell so there really is fenugreek in there. The supplements are third-party tested and sold by a USA company.I can't say I have noticed a huge difference, having taken two-thirds of the bottle, but most supplements don't have a noticeable effect on me.
