Started taking about a week ago. Don't see any difference yet but I am sure it will.
I've only been using it for about 2 weeks now , but I'm very pleased this far with this multivitamin. Encapsulated & easily digestible , it compares very favorably with more well known brands in potency and performance . I hope to see more of this product in the future !
There are a lot of vitamins in these. Probably too much. The body can only absorb so much. I only take one a day now and I still have bright green urine.

They smell really bad .. I hold my nose to take them . But the worst part is burping and tasting that smell all over again . But other than that they are fine
