If taken properly, Primaforce ZMA drastically improves muscle recovery for the next day. I am 51 years old and this supplement really helped my testosterone levels balance out (along with vitamin C, KSM-66 Ashwaganda, lots of protein and good sleep). SLEEP IS very important for recovery, so yes it helps your sleep cycle as well. I was able to build a lot faster and recover faster. An important thing I noticed is that I am less sore.

Don’t over use this product and take breaks from it if needed. It can cause GI distress (diarhea) over time. Magnesium in this form is notorious for causing it. So beware. Other than that, this is a really affordable and good quality product.
